One good place to start is to contact your family doctor and ask him/her to
recommend someone.  Here are some other ideas you may find helpful:

Check your local yellow pages.

Whatever you do, please contact someone and get help as soon as
possible.  If you currently lack the motivation to seek help, at least call a
loved one or trusted friend and ask them to help you get help.  What have
you got to lose?
